ambr is a mobile application that helps users discover happy hour deals and pop-up events in New York City. The App provides information about venues, deals, and events based on publicly available data and user submissions.
The App is intended for users who are at least 21 years of age. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. The App displays information about alcohol-related promotions and venues.

The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding user submissions and third-party content), is owned by ambr and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.
The App may display information from third-party sources and link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these third parties.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AMBR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ambr and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, for any reason, without notice.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
